about green Himalayan soybean

Discover the Pure Mountain Pulse

Grown on the terraced slopes of Lalitpur at an altitude of 1,630 metres, our Himalayan Green Soybean is a rare and exquisite variety. Each bean carries the character of the high Himalayas — clean air, cool nights, rich soils, and one of nature’s finest pulses.

Unlike ordinary yellow soybeans, this heirloom variety remains naturally green even when completely dried, and features a distinctive dark hilum (eye), a mark of true hill-land crop heritage.

Grown in the High Hills of Lalitpur, Where Altitude Defines Every Bean

  • Cool evenings slow seed maturation
  • Traditional heirloom seeds are saved by local farmers
  • High UV exposure boosts antioxidant levels
  • Fresh spring and rain-fed water nourish the crop
  • Organic-rich terraced soil encourages purity & flavor
  • 36–43% Protein
  • Natural Antioxidants (enhanced by high altitude)
  • Rich in Iron, Calcium & Magnesium
